Purchase Instructions for "Daily Orders"
Thank you for visiting the OCTAVIA website. By confirming your order, you indicate that you understand and accept the terms and conditions of the purchase.
1. Once the system confirms the order, we will contact the customer by phone or email within 7-10 business days to arrange delivery. The delivery fee for flowers is determined according to the region and product category, and is delivered by express or personal delivery (cooperative delivery companies include but are not limited to Lalamove, SF Express and other logistics providers).
2. Fresh flowers and orchids must be ordered at least 3 working days in advance, and some special varieties must be ordered 7-10 working days in advance.
Preserved flower gifts take a relatively long time to arrive. Delivery service is generally completed within 10-14 business days from the time the order is confirmed in the system (except for delivery addresses in remote areas and outlying islands). The specific date depends on the actual situation.
3. All our floral arrangements are non-refundable. Once an order is placed, we will begin processing the materials and making the arrangement.
4. Typhoon No. 8 or above, or Black Rainstorm Warning (or other severe weather, logistics, and road traffic conditions).
In case of the above severe weather, our flower delivery service will be suspended. Delivery of fresh flowers and orchids will take place on the next business day, while the delivery date for preserved flowers can be selected as the next business day, or reconfirmed. In this situation, the order cannot be cancelled, refunded, or changed.
5. Due to seasonal and import market supply issues, the flowers or foliage in the floral gift product images may be replaced with similar flowers of equal (or higher) quality, appearance, and value.
