Purchase Guidelines for "Emergency Flowers"

Our shop's "emergency flower" arrangements:

A. Fresh flowers

Most of our flower bouquets are available for "next-day" and "same-day" delivery , covering a wide variety of flowers (both seasonal and non-seasonal). The actual order depends on the supplier's daily stock. "Same-day" orders must be paid for before 12:00 PM and will be delivered by 6:00 PM . We will notify you if an earlier delivery time can be arranged. An additional processing fee of $100 and above applies to all "next-day" and "same-day" flower bouquets.

Please be sure to contact us via WhatsApp to inquire and confirm. Orders placed directly on the website will not be processed.

Remark:

*The following categories are only available for limited "next-day" orders and cannot be supplied "same-day": Ecuadorian VIP dyed roses, tulips

*Due to the large variety of fresh flowers required for some floral arrangements and the tight preparation time, we will do our best to present the design. Therefore, there is a chance that some flowers may only be 30-50% open, such as half-open or buds, requiring 1-2 days to fully bloom. This is perfectly normal; enjoy the surprise of their slow unfolding. We have many years of experience in floral design and will ensure that the overall style and visual effect of the finished product closely resembles and replicates the product image before accepting an order. Please rest assured.

B. Orchid

Orchid decorations are available for next-day orders; customers are welcome to specify their color scheme . The orchid varieties are greenhouse stock (Phalaenopsis and Phalaenopsis simonii from Japan and Taiwan), and do not include all varieties. Payment must be completed by 3 PM the day before, and delivery will be made the following business morning. Dyed varieties are only available in limited quantities.

C. Preserved Flower

Preserved flowers require advance booking at least 3-5 days in advance. Specific designs are available, and an additional processing fee of $200 or more will apply. Other designs (including custom designs) are available upon request.
